Executive Order 16-00

EXECUTIVE ORDER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 4-00

    WHEREAS, the Governor's Standing Committee for Inmate Projections, the existence of which was created by Executive Order No. 4-00, consists of fifteen members; and

    WHEREAS, the Committee has requested to add one representative to the Committee.

    NOW, THEREFORE, I, MARC RACICOT, Governor of the State of Montana, by virtue of the authority vested in me pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of Montana, do hereby increase the size of the Council by amending the provisions of Executive Order No. 4-00, striking in Section II. COMPOSITION the word "fifteen" and inserting "sixteen".

    This order is effective immediately.
