EXECUTIVE ORDER DESIGNATING A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE MONTANA STATE FUND

I, JUDY MARTZ, Governor of the State of Montana, pursuant to the authority vested in me, do hereby designate a collective bargaining representative for the Montana State Fund.

Section 39-31-301, MCA, provides that the Governor or his designated authorized representative shall represent the state in collective bargaining with an exclusive representative. I designate the Executive Director/President/CEO of the Montana State Fund, or his or her designee, to represent the Montana State Fund in collective bargaining with representatives of its certified bargaining unit.

This Order is effective immediately.
