EXECUTIVE ORDER DESIGNATING THE OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND TELEMARKETING FRAUD UNIT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AS A CRIMINAL JUSTICE AGENCY

WHEREAS, I, Judy Martz, Governor of the State of Montana, in accordance with the authority vested in me by the laws and Constitution of the State of Montana, and pursuant to the Montana Criminal Justice Information Act of 1979 (Title 44, Chapter 5, MCA), do hereby designate the Office of Consumer Affairs & Telemarketing Fraud Unit of the Department of Administration as a Criminal Justice Agency.

This Order is effective immediately.
