I, JUDY MARTZ, Governor of the State of Montana, pursuant to the
authority vested in me as Governor under the Constitution and laws
of the State of Montana, do hereby certify to the Secretary of
State that the Resource Indemnity Trust Fund balance has reached
$100,000,000.00.
