4-01 EXECUTIVE ORDER DESIGNATING THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AS A CRIMINAL JUSTICE AGENCY PURSUANT TO THE MONTANA CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION ACT OF 1979

April 24, 2001

WHEREAS, I, Judy Martz, Governor of the State of Montana, in accordance with the authority vested in me by the laws and Constitution of the State of Montana, and pursuant to the Montana Criminal Justice Information Act of 1979 (Title 44, Chapter 5, MCA), do hereby designate the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Department of Public Health and Human Services as a Criminal Justice Agency.

This Order is effective immediately.
